With just days left until the EU election, the Moderate Party's top candidate Tomas Tobé is going out to say that he wants to stop beggars from coming to Sweden.

But he can't answer how it will actually work.

Tomas Tobé participated in SVT's Rapport ahead of the EU election in the evening. Then the question of begging came up.

Tobé says he wants to limit freedom of movement in Europe to those who want to study or work and stop those who want to come here to beg.

How will it be controlled?

But you want to stop them before they get here, how will it work?

But how will it be controlled? Should we just ask?

But if it's not possible to control when people come here, do you just want to send a signal?
