Kate Bush has not released a studio album since 2011. But in an interview with BBC, the reclusive singer hints that new music is on its way.
I'm very keen to start working on a new album, she says.
Kate Bush, who has had big hits with songs like "Wuthering Heights" and "Hounds of Love", gained new young fans when the Netflix series "Stranger Things" used her song "Running Up That Hill" in 2022.
Right now, Kate Bush is current with the animated short film "Little Shrew" which she has written and directed to raise money for children affected by war. The soundtrack to the film, "Snowflake", is taken from the album "50 Words for Snow" which was released in 2011.
Bush says in the interview that she longs to return to creating and that she has "loads of ideas" about what she wants to do.
