Four homeless people have died in a fire at the central station in Bulgaria's capital Sofia.

They died when a train carriage they had sought shelter in during the night to Tuesday caught fire.

Two more people are being treated in hospital with serious injuries.

The prosecutor is investigating the cause of the fire, which could be quickly extinguished. There are suspicions of a crime and two men have been arrested. However, it is unclear what charges will be brought against them.
