Interest in buying a summer house has seen a surge.
The cheapest summer dream is in Dalarna, according to new figures from Swedish Real Estate Statistics.
Swedish Real Estate Statistics has investigated the average price of holiday homes in 200 municipalities, where at least five holiday homes have been sold in the past 12 months.
The majority of the most expensive houses are located in the Stockholm area, on the west coast, and in Skåne.
