Japanese Nintendo is lowering its forecast for expected sales of the Switch console. The game company previously expected to sell 13.5 million units by the end of the broken fiscal year, in March 2025. Now Nintendo says it will likely be 12.5 million consoles.
Hard facts about the successor to Switch have been scarce from Nintendo, although there has been lively speculation in the industry. That a successor is on its way and that details about it will come before the end of the fiscal year, however, Nintendo has previously confirmed.
