Five people have been taken to hospital after a traffic accident on the E45 outside Karlstad, reports NWT. The extent of the injuries is unclear.
The accident occurred at a four-way intersection between two passenger cars.
The collision occurred at a fairly high speed, estimated at around 90 kilometers per hour, says an operator at SOS Alarm, responsible for the Bergslagen rescue region, to the newspaper.
Three people were in one car and two in the other. The individuals were taken to hospital in both an ambulance and an ambulance helicopter.
