The man is, according to the report to the Defence Forces' personnel responsibility board, to have filmed when he drank alcohol in the Defence Forces' premises. Then he is to have filmed when he walked around his workplace, which is classified as a protected object and therefore may not be filmed. Subsequently, the film is to have been shared in a private chat group.
Furthermore, the man is to have taken "a TV and other items" from his workplace. It was not until it was pointed out to him that the items were missing that the man returned them – two years after he had taken them.
The Defence Forces assess that the man has acted recklessly and that his actions are contrary to the Defence Forces' values, and they write in their decision on dismissal that the trust in him is exhausted.
