A nurse has been reported to the Inspection for Care and Services (Ivo) since the nurse on repeated occasions is alleged to have been careless with documentation and medication management, reports NSD.
The nurse, who was hired as a consultant, has been involved in several deviations, incoming complaints and carelessness with medication. According to the municipality's report, the deficiencies that have been revealed are considered to pose a risk to patient safety.
The deficiencies revealed concern, according to the municipality, work tasks that a licensed nurse is expected to be able to handle.
The nurse is no longer employed by the municipality.
