A large search effort for two missing sup-paddlers on Klarälven was underway on Thursday evening. Just before 10 pm came the message that the persons had been found.
They were found on land and both are in good health. It is not supposed to have been an emergency situation for either of them, says the team leader at SOS Alarm to Nya Wermlands-tidningen.
The two paddlers were to make their way from Ransby to Likenäs outside Torsby, but when four hours had passed without them arriving, a rescue effort was launched with drones and a boat on the river.
