Fewer Believe in Rising Housing Prices

The proportion of households that believe housing prices will rise has decreased slightly, shows the major bank SEB's latest housing price indicator.

The indicator for March fell to 46 in March, down from 50 in February. The measurement shows that 55 percent of those surveyed expect housing prices to rise and that 9 percent believe in falling prices, writes SEB in its report.

In the previous indicator, for February, 59 percent expected rising housing prices and 9 percent expected falling prices.
