The real estate company Fabege reports a profit before tax of 67 million kronor for the second quarter of the year. This can be compared to the loss of 1.2 billion kronor during the corresponding quarter last year.
Rental income increased to 864 million kronor, from 855 million a year earlier. However, the management result fell to 331 million, from 351 million kronor.
"The Stockholm market generally shows continued stable rent levels, we are experiencing slightly better activity on the rental market, but still long lead times to completion," writes CEO Stefan Dahlbo in a comment in the interim report.
