An explosion occurred at an apartment building in the Linero area of Lund on Wednesday night.
Damages have been reported on a door and soot damages on the facade.
Magnus Lefèvre, duty officer at the police, describes the damages as minor and that it may be that some kind of firecracker, rather than a more powerful charge, has exploded. The police were alerted by several callers in the area and nearby, about a loud bang shortly after 3 am on Wednesday night.
A preliminary investigation into reckless endangerment has been initiated.
The address was previously mentioned in the investigation of a stabbing in late September, where two men were injured. One of them, a man in his 30s, died a few days later due to the injuries he sustained.
