Göran Lambertz is being prosecuted for violating the knife law, writes Expressen.

Lambertz, who previously served as Chancellor of Justice and Justice of the Supreme Court, had a Swiss army knife in his bag when he visited the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm at the end of February.

He says it was a mistake that the knife was left in the bag.

Yes, I didn't know it was there, he tells the newspaper.

Lambertz admits to the crime, but says it was due to negligence.

The prosecutor proposes that Lambertz be sentenced to 50 day-fines of 290 kronor each.
