"We urge the Israeli government to follow its international commitments and ensure full, rapid, safe and unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to the population in Gaza", the countries say in a joint statement.
Israel decided over the weekend to stop shipments of food, medicine and other necessities to Gaza.
The blockade is a way for Israel to pressure Hamas, labeled as a terrorist organization, to agree to extend the first phase of the ceasefire, which actually expired on Saturday. Hamas instead wants to see negotiations on phase two of the ceasefire.
The stop "risks violating international humanitarian law", according to France, the United Kingdom and Germany.
"Humanitarian aid should never be dependent on a ceasefire or used as a political tool."
