The employers want to stop the dockworkers' union's announced blockade of war materials to and from Israel, scheduled for January 28.
The union has received a so-called peace obligation objection from the employer organization Swedish Ports. The dockworkers' union has therefore requested that the Labour Court determine whether there are any legal obstacles to the blockade.
"An interim decision from the Labour Court can come quite quickly, our timetable remains in place", says the union chairman Martin Berg according to a press release.
