E. coli in Klippan's drinking water – must be boiled

E. coli bacteria have been detected in the drinking water in Klippan, the municipality announces according to P4 Kristianstad. Now, all households are urged to boil the water that is to be used for cooking and drinking.

It was during a scheduled sampling of the water that the bacteria were detected in one of the municipality's waterworks. Now, the municipality will chlorinate the water to get rid of the bacteria.
