The artist Blue Falkholt posed with weapons in an art manifestation for peace.
The action was interrupted by the police – passersby thought the weapons were real.
It was at the end of June that Falkholt carried out the art protest at the water tower at Guldheden in Gothenburg. During a photo session, she posed with two large automatic weapons, which were not real.
Passersby, however, saw the weapons and alerted the police, writes Gothenburg-Posten.
I understood myself when I stood there and danced with two automatic carbines that the SWAT team came. They thought I was a terrorist. They came running like blue ninjas between the pillars in ultra-rapid, says Falkholt to the newspaper.
The police could dismiss the weapons as fake, but say to GP that they urge people to inform the police in advance if they plan to use fake weapons, for example, during film recordings or art projects.
