The driver of the passenger car was stuck in the car and had to be helped out by the rescue service, says the police's press spokesperson Mats Pettersson.
The truck driver is a man in his 25-year-old, and there is no information about him being injured.
A preliminary investigation into gross negligence in traffic has been initiated for the police to investigate the incident.
The passenger car has been seized for technical examination.
If an interview with the truck driver has not already been held, it will be done, says Mats Pettersson.
