A man in his 40s is sentenced to prison after kicking a street musician in the head, writes SVT News Örebro.
The incident occurred in early July in central Örebro. The street musician was completely unprovoked kicked in the head by an unknown, passing man – which led to the street musician getting several bleeding in the brain, displaced teeth and a jaw fracture.
The whole thing was filmed by a surveillance camera and the man is now sentenced to prison for two years and six months for gross assault.
The perpetrator has previously been convicted of assault and was at the time conditionally released from prison.
