Linn Grant, born on June 20, 1999, in Helsingborg, Sweden, is a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour. She turned professional in 2021 after a successful amateur career, including winning the 2017 Ladies' British Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship.
Grant's grandfather was a Scottish golf professional, and her father played on the Swedish Golf Tour. She performed well in amateur golf, winning multiple team and individual events, and attended Arizona State University.
Since turning pro, Grant has won several titles, including the 2023 Dana Open on the LPGA Tour and the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed in both 2022 and 2024. She was the 2022 Ladies European Tour's Rookie of the Year, Player of the Year, and Order of Merit winner, and was named Swedish Golfer of the Year in 2022.
Who can stop golfer Sebastian Söderberg in the Scandinavian Mixed? Apparently only Söderberg himself. The 33-year-old is playing his cards right, which speaks volumes for him getting to celebrate his second victory on the European Tour on Sunday. "I have nothing to complain about," says Söderberg, who is leading by a whole eight strokes.
SportsSebastian Söderberg continues to play brilliantly and leads the Scandinavian Mixed tournament in the European tour clearly. For Olympic-bound Madelene Sagström, the tournament is already over after a disastrous ending on Friday.
SportsSuccess brings attention. Golfer Jesper Svensson accepts that he has landed in the spotlight. Shocking to see so many out there, says the 28-year-old.
