It is in a nearly three-hour long conversation with podcaster Joe Rogan that Zuckerberg, CEO of parent company Meta, says that it is good if a culture acknowledges "aggression a bit more".

Masculine energy, I think, is good, and of course, society has plenty of it, but I believe that corporate culture really tried to get away from it, says Zuckerberg.

He began his career by ranking women at Harvard University based on appearance, with the web solution that is the foundation of Facebook.

In the conversation with Joe Rogan, he emphasizes that he wants to see both feminine and masculine energy.

But I think that corporate culture has swung in the direction of becoming this somewhat castrated thing.

Zuckerberg adds that he grew up with three sisters and has three daughters, and that he wants women to succeed in the workplace.

You want women to be able to succeed and have companies that can release all resources to have fantastic people (employees) regardless of background and gender.
