Online bank Avanza was affected on Friday afternoon by a technical fault. Over 2,000 error reports were received by the site Downdetector.
According to Felicia Schön, private economist at Avanza, some customers were affected but not all. Among other things, incorrect or no balances were displayed.
Shortly after 6 pm the problem was resolved.
The next step is to find out how many customers were affected, says Schön.
