Two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being splashed with hot oil at a paper mill in Sunne, Värmland, according to the police.
A third person has sustained minor injuries.
It started burning in cables or something similar. Two people were seriously burned, and I assume it was in connection with the fire. We are still on the scene and are conducting interviews, says police spokesperson Gabriel Henning to Värmlands Folkblad.
The injured people were conscious when they were taken away by ambulance.
The fire has been put out and has been cordoned off for investigation by technicians.
