The shooting occurred at around 21:00 outdoors near a square. There were several witnesses to the incident on site, according to the police.
The incident may have been captured on surveillance cameras.

During the night, the police arrested and detained one person, but will not disclose the gender or age of the detainee.

I experienced it as about six to ten shots and I saw a family with children and other people start running away from the center, the person tells Aftonbladet.
The police are investigating the incident as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offense.
