Two people have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder in Åmål, Dalsland. According to the Prosecution Authority, it concerns a crime at a upper secondary school.
According to NWT, students are said to have seen something alarming at the school and alerted the school management, who contacted the police.
The two suspects will be questioned during the day.
"Exactly what information has emerged to support the suspicion, we cannot disclose at this early stage of the investigation. The police are working to create a sense of security in the area," says Deputy Chief Prosecutor Louise Larsson, who is leading the preliminary investigation, in a press release.
According to NWT, the individuals were arrested at the school on Thursday. Both are students at the school and over 18 years old. The police, prosecutors, and municipality are keeping quiet about the incident.
