An adult man is suspected of having induced a pupil under 15 years to have oral sex with him at a school in Oskarshamn, writes Barometern. Now the man is being prosecuted for rape of a child.
The suspected crime was committed in November 2023 and is said to have taken place in the school's premises or on the school's grounds.
The evidence includes, among other things, interviews with the exposed child and SMS conversations between the man and another child.
The prosecuted man denies the crime.
