Two people have died in a workplace accident when a silo collapsed at a biogas plant on Funen in Denmark on Tuesday evening.
One person is still missing, the police reported at a press conference in the morning.
We suspect that there were ten people present on the roof and around the roof. Unfortunately, two people have died. There are six injured people, says police inspector Christian Rasmussen.
The two deceased are foreign nationals. The rescue operation is being hampered by the silo's location in difficult-to-access terrain, and the police believe it will therefore take time.
