After the turn of the year, TV4 is taking a new approach to news coverage with a new live broadcast program during the day. After "Nyhetsmorgon" the channel will now broadcast "Nyhetsdagen" which will continue until "Efter fem".
"'Nyhetsdagen' will have the same mix of straight news and pleasant company that our editorial teams are already so skilled at, and will be led by appreciated program hosts. If we can make the present and future a little more understandable for even more people, it's also a fine democratic mission", says program director Viveka Hansson in a press release.
Programs previously broadcast during the day, such as "Hem till gården", are moving to Sjuan, according to Expressen.
