The school company Edukatus, which until recently was called Thorengruppen, gets the go-ahead to continue running schools, reports SVT News.
In the spring, the School Inspection Authority began an investigation of the company's owners and management since serious deficiencies had occurred at the company's schools for a longer period.
The company has since changed owners and board. Recently, Thorengruppen also chose to change its name to Edukatus.
The School Inspection Authority now approves the new owners. In its decision, the authority writes, among other things, that the new representatives must "pay special attention to the problems and irregularities that have been the basis for the authority's previous supervision decisions".
