The wind has subsided around the Bohus coast and the landscapes around Vänern compared to Tuesday.
It is still a windy day to come, but not quite as windy, says meteorologist Viktor Bergman at SMHI.
Around Vänern, a wind speed of between 12 to 17 meters per second is expected today, compared to yesterday's 22.
During yesterday, Sunne was at the top in terms of wind with 18.5 meters per second.
Even if the wind speed was lower in Värmland than along the Bohus coast, the damage was greater inland. During yesterday's afternoon, several reports came in about fallen trees that caused, among other things, traffic disruptions in the wake of the storm Floris.
On Tuesday, the bad weather made Västtrafik go up to emergency mode. In the southern archipelago of Gothenburg, ferries were cancelled, as well as train traffic in Västra Götaland.
On Wednesday, there were no disruptions in public transport related to the bad weather, except for cancelled trips to Sjumansholmen, which is a smaller ferry location in the Gothenburg archipelago.
All buses, trains, trams and other boats are running as they should, says Henrik Kjellberg, press communicator at Västtrafik.
