It is a tribute to what has made Sweden rich, says Dousa at a press conference.
The government is giving the Swedish Institute, Business Sweden, Sida, the Export Credit Board and the Swedish Board of Trade a task to broadly strengthen Sweden's brand, make it easier for Swedish companies abroad and promote economic cooperation.
Among other things, more small and medium-sized companies will be able to benefit from credit guarantees. Embassies and consulates general will also be instructed to give high priority to the initiative next year, according to Dousa.
These are operational changes in how the Foreign Service works, he says.
