The windy weather in northern Sweden continues and still over ten thousand subscribers are without power.
Along the entire western Norrland, from Svenstavik in the south to the national border in the north, the SMHI has issued orange warnings for wind and wind in combination with snowfall. In northern Lapland, there is also a yellow warning for wind.
Fallen trees are also causing problems on several roads in northern Sweden, according to the Transport Administration. The weather is hampering the work, according to the rescue service, which has urged residents to stay at home.
