The suspicious bag found in Nynäshamn's center is harmless according to the national bomb squad, the police write on their website.
The police cordoned off an area in the center on Friday. The cordons have been reduced and technicians will continue to examine what the object is that has been found.
Those living nearby were instructed during the day to stay indoors and people were evacuated from nearby stores on the ground floor.
