The police were alerted about the objects at 17.51 on Thursday. Residents in the house where the restaurant is located were allowed to stay in their apartments while the objects were being examined, and the street was blocked off.
At 21.16, the police announced that there were no longer any dangerous objects at the scene, and that the residents were allowed to leave their apartments.
The objects have been removed. We continue to treat them as live, and then the investigation and analysis of the objects will determine whether they were dangerous or not, says the police's press spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl.
The police confirm that there were people in the restaurant when the objects were thrown in, but cannot say how many.
No one was injured. The incident is being investigated as attempted murder.
