There was a stop in train traffic from Stockholm to Malmö, Gothenburg and Karlstad for a few hours on Wednesday afternoon due to an accident at Årstaberg in southern Stockholm.
All commuter trains in the Stockholm area were also affected, writes the Swedish Transport Administration on its website.
The Swedish Transport Administration announced at 17.45 that the traffic was again underway, but there will be delays.
