The former NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg is writing a book. In "På min vakt", which is the Norwegian title of the book, (approximately "Under my command" in Swedish) he will tell about his ten years as leader of the military alliance.
"This is my story about what it was like to lead the world's most powerful military alliance during a fateful time for our security", says Stoltenberg in a press release from the publisher Gyldendal.
The book will be released in the fall of 2025.
The other day, it was announced that Stoltenberg, who was NATO's Secretary-General between 2014 and 2024 and who has also been Norway's Prime Minister in two rounds, got a new job. At the turn of the year, he will take over as leader of the international security conference in Munich.
