A man stole a surveillance camera at a food store. The problem was that he was filmed during the theft, reports P4 Östergötland.
The man later chose to return the camera, which was then broken, to the store. He is now being prosecuted for the theft at Linköping District Court, and is also being claimed for damages of 22,000 kronor for the broken camera.
The man neither admits nor denies the crime, according to the radio channel.
