The OMXS index was long on minus, but climbed during the week's last trading hours and ended the day on green. Among the winners were the engineering company ABB and the forestry company SCA, which for the day topped the OMXS30 list with a plus of 1.4 percent and plus 1.3 percent, respectively.

It went worse for the real estate company SBB, which plummeted 9.1 percent. The strong reaction comes after bondholders in a letter to the company on Thursday evening demanded repayment, reports Dagens industri.

Of the OMXS30 list's 30 companies, 14 ended the day on plus. The index rose overall by 0.2 percent.

The leading European stock exchanges saw a generally positive development on Friday.

A dollar cost at market close 10.93 kronor, a euro 11.53 kronor, and a bitcoin was around 98,000 dollars.
