During the Black Friday sale, skiers could buy season passes for 1,000 kronor on Skistar's website, instead of the usual price of around 10,000 kronor.

The lift pass in question was the "Skistar all winter adult" for the destinations Åre, Sälen, or Vemdalen.

Several skiers purchased the passes, but only days later, Skistar cancelled the orders and refunded the money to the respective buyers.

Via SMS, the company wrote that the purchase was cancelled due to a technical error that caused the order to display an "obviously incorrect price". Instead, customers were referred to buying a new one at the regular price.

ARN has not yet made a decision in the matter.
