Skanska increases the dividend

The construction company Skanska reports a profit before tax of 2.9 billion kronor for the fourth quarter of 2024. This can be compared to the profit of 1.1 billion kronor for the corresponding period the previous year.

Analysts had on average expected a profit of 2.7 billion kronor, according to Bloomberg's compilation.

The revenues amounted to a total of 50.6 billion kronor, compared to 41.9 billion kronor a year earlier. The order intake in the construction business amounted to 49.6 billion kronor, compared to 44.1 billion kronor.

The Board of Directors proposes a dividend to shareholders of 8 kronor per share, which can be compared to the dividend last year of 5.50 kronor per share.
