All members of the Sweden Democrats' (SD) board in Sölvesborg are leaving their positions, the party announced on Monday.
It is true that they have resigned. The district is now taking over as the board in Sölvesborg for the Sweden Democrats, says Fredrik Thomasson, chairman of SD in Blekinge to Sydöstran.
The news is shaking the party, which is the largest in the municipality, but is welcomed by SD's group leader Louise Erixon. According to her, it is good because the board was responsible for the EU election when the party did not get as many votes as expected, writes Blekinge Läns Tidning.
