A prisoner at Foseianstalten in Malmö introduced rules for his fellow prisoners and tried to control the staff's work, shows an internal report that Dagens Nyheter has taken part of. In the report, the events are described as "security-threatening activities".
After the report, the prisoner was isolated and the Prison and Probation Service planned to place him at a facility with a higher security classification. The prison manager Rebecca Ohlson says to Dagens Nyheter that it is not unusual for prisoners to try to control other fellow prisoners and the staff.
We encounter this quite often in our daily life but are also good at working together to be able to make visible, curb and prevent it.
