Authorities in the USA are investigating the large German software manufacturer SAP and reseller Carahsoft Technology for allegedly colluding with other companies to rig prices in public procurements over a ten-year period.
Among other things, it concerns deliveries of software to the US defense forces, according to documents submitted to a court in Baltimore, USA.
The SAP share falls by over 5 percent in pre-trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange following the news.
