SAP investigated for price cartel in USA – share falls

Authorities in the USA are investigating the large German software manufacturer SAP and reseller Carahsoft Technology for allegedly colluding with other companies to rig prices in public procurements over a ten-year period. Among other things, it concerns deliveries of software to the US defense forces, according to documents submitted to a court in Baltimore, USA.
