The list is based on companies that ignore the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (Arn) regarding customer complaints.
In the autumn update of the blacklist, 235 companies are included, which is the highest figure ever. The previous record was set in 2022, when 227 companies were involved.
The motor industry tops the list with 71 companies and a total of 95 cases.
Among others, Tesla is on the list for the second time. The company has not rectified a problem with incorrectly mounted doors on one of its customers' cars, despite Arn's recommendation to do so.
Other common complaints concern used cars where sellers do not want to rectify hidden defects.
In the travel industry, 76 cases have been reported at 27 companies. Airlines dominate, often involving the company's choice to ignore EU rules on compensation for cancelled or delayed trips.
The companies include Turkish Airlines, Ryanair, and Wizz Air.
