The Finnish pilots' association SLL's announced strike on the 9th and 13th of December means that around 300 flights will have to be cancelled, according to the airline Finnair.
Individual flights on the days before and after the strikes may also be affected.
"The pilots' strike is expected to affect approximately 33,000 Finnair customers", the airline writes in a press release.
The airline will offer alternative flights to as many customers as possible.
Affected passengers will receive information about cancelled flights as soon as a decision has been made. They will also receive suggestions for new routes in Finnair's booking system and in the airline's app.
If it is not possible to find replacement flights that fit, customers can apply for a refund of the ticket price from the airline or from the travel agency that sold the ticket.
