The preliminary investigation against Klein was dropped in August, and now the photographer announces that she will not appeal the prosecutor's decision, writes Aftonbladet.

My client harbors no grudge against Mr. Klein. She believes that violence should not be acceptable anywhere, regardless of adrenaline or upset emotions, says the photographer's lawyer Kristoffer Ståhl to the newspaper.

Joost Klein was disqualified from the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö last spring, just hours before the big final. This was after he was reported to the police for unlawful threats against the female photographer, who claimed that he had threatened her when he did not want to be filmed backstage. Klein has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Klein and his entry "Europapa" were tipped as favorites in the competition.
