A person has been arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with a villa fire in Rosvik outside Piteå. The person has inhaled smoke and has been taken to hospital for control, according to the police.
Nearby villas have been evacuated as the rescue service found gas cylinders on the site.
There is a risk of explosion and we are informing residents in the area, says Åsa Hallefors, commanding officer at the police.
The villa will be allowed to burn down under controlled forms, according to the rescue service to Piteå-Tidningen.
