A man has been taken to hospital after being injured with some kind of weapon in central Linköping on Saturday afternoon.
The man is seriously injured, according to Region Östergötland, as reported by Corren.
Another man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
We are building an investigation here and trying to gather witness statements and form a complete understanding of what happened, says police spokesperson Angelica Forsberg.
According to the police, there is no danger to the general public.
