The clothing company Odd Molly Sweden has gone bankrupt, reports the website ehandel.se. The Swedish company was founded in 2002 and has had a number of tough years behind it.
The company has incurred significant losses in recent years and has previously undergone reconstruction, reports the website.
At the turn of the year, Odd Molly was bought for one million kronor by the Danish company Nordic Fashion Brands, which also owns Noa Noa. According to e-handel.se, the owner is in reconstruction.
The company was petitioned for bankruptcy last summer by a supplier, but the petition was later withdrawn. This time, it is the company itself that is applying for bankruptcy.
Odd Molly has, according to e-handel.se, a debt balance of 7.4 million kronor with the Enforcement Authority.
